  • Natural ginger (1 inch).
  • Lemons (5).
  • Garlic (4-5 cloves).
  • Mineral water (2 liters).

Preparation and use:

The first step is to cut lemons in half and extract all the juice. When you finish do not throw the peels (keep them for later) . Then we peel the garlic cloves and put them in the blender with the lemon juice. Next we peel and grate ginger, adding it to the blender. Blend these ingredients without water until you get a homogeneous mixture.

Then in a pot put 2 liter of water and boil the lemon peels. When the water reaches boiling point, add the blended mixture and let it boil for several minutes. Finally, we remove the lemon peels, let it cool, and put in a container with a lid.

Consume a cup from this  beverage every morning on an empty stomach and feel its effects . Because lemon juice is similar to gastric juices of the stomach, it stimulates the production of bile. As a result, the gastrointestinal tract is stimulated.
