    Alot of people say that drinking hot water will help you in reducing weight especially when you drink at night. Why do we need to keep the mixture in refrigerator?

    Do you have to use a lemon or is lemon juice okay for a few days till I go to the store. The lemon juice is natural with no calories or artificial flavors? Also I have cinnamon but I ran out of honey. Should the honey bee raw and unfiltered ?

      You can use the lemon juice for a few days until you buy fresh lemons, and the honey is preferred to be organic.
