Instead of reaching for those cookies or that chocolate bar, mix one teaspoon of apple cider vinegar with a cup of water and drink instead.

The bitter taste of apple cider vinegar excessively stimulates nerves in the throat that cause hiccups. This causes the nerves to “forget” the need to hiccup. Just take a teaspoon of organic ACV and swallow.

      I have GERD and was having a really bad attack not too long ago. So, I decided not to suffer like I had in the past . I keep ACV in my cabinet , so I got it out ,took a cap full and went about my evening. Within an hour I noticed the suffering pain and heartburn was gone !!!

    I thought about taking this before all of my meals and before going to bed for head aches, join pain, arthritis and weight loss. About 13 years ago I was a gym-ahallick before and after work causing my body to be rock hard for it helped me with training/grooming dogs. While I was standing on a side walk a car hit me putting me in a hospital for 40 days causing all of the issues above for I was broken up from head to toe. I put on 80 lbs and want it off but whatever I do physically is too painful. If I use 2 tbsp. A.C.V., 2 Tbsp honey and one cup hot water will that help me if used before each meal and bed time?

      Mix it in warm water, cause in hot water honey loses it’s nutrients. Start first with one glass in the morning to speed up your metabolism, and if you want easier way to lose want try low carb diet and walking at least 1 hour daily, it works for me every time.

    Hi I have tried 1 teaspoon on AVC with 8 oz. of water and a drop of honey first thing in morning. I started to loose weight the first week but, I also had 3-4 canker sores in my mouth that made it hard to eat anything. Should I add more water to It? It took about 2 weeks for sores to heal up. Any suggestions would help thank
