  • 15:00: Have a cup of tea that you like.
  • 17:00: Take a glass of natural juice, which you like.
  • 19:00: Another cup of green tea.
  • 21:00: Take a glass of water with grapefruit juice (from 1 grapefruit)
  • 22:00: Finally, take a glass of warm water with juice of 1 lemon.

And, do not forget, it is very important that no artificial sweetener or extra ingredient is added to your teas and juices. Try this diet plan for 1 day and you will have a flat belly. And, as we mentioned before, this diet plan will also help cleanse your body of all toxic waste and you will feel full of energy and much happier.

I get a lot of questions about the carrot juice, so i will explain, do not buy carrot juice make your own. Take one or two carrots, wash them, peel them, chop them and add them to a blender or food processor with one glass of cold water. Mix until you get a homogeneous mixture.

About the lemon, orange and grapefruit juices just take one glass of water (8 oz or 250 ml) and squeeze the juice from the fruits, then add to the water. As for the natural juices or apple juice make a smoothie, with one fruit and one glass of water.

Important note: Do not stick to this diet plan more than one day.

      This is supposed to be one day diet, you aren’t supposed to be on this diet more than one day, it can damage your health cos you won’t be receiving protein and some nutrient your body needs. If you wan’t to repeat it, it is better you make a pause preferably one month.

      Depends of your lifestyle and varies from person to person, you should consume healthy food, drink plenty of water and do some mild exercises or walking daily and you won’t gain your weight back, you will even lose more pounds.

      If you want to lose more weight, try eating whole foods, lean meats, eggs, salads, soups, fruit and veggies. Cut sweets, fast food, sodas and sugary drinks, pasta and processed food. Drink water, teas and natural juices.

      It shouldn’t give you diarrhea, if you got it you should stop with this diet, and the average weight varies from person to person from 1 pound to 3 or 4 pounds.
