You can consume one cup or less if it is too much for you. If you want to make smaller dose, add less ingredients.

It is about 2 to 3 servings, if it is too much for you, you can put less of the ingredients and make it one serving. Whatever suits you.

Juices. Orange, tomato, pineapple and carrot juices are all high in vitamin C, which means they have antioxidant properties, which can neutralize free radicals that lead to inflammation.
Whole grains like oatmeal are linked to lower levels of inflammation. Refined grains, such as white flour, have the opposite effect. The reason why oatmeal can help treat arthritis is because it’s one of the best foods for reducing inflammation. Thanks to the high content of vitamin B6, it’s perfect for reducing pain and relaxing the tissues that surround the joints. Oats also help repair cartilage and nourish the tissues of the muscles and bones. All of this is thanks to its incredible nutritional makeup.
Since many arthritic conditions result from inflammation, almonds could help, thanks to their anti-inflammatory micronutrients. MedlinePlus suggests increasing your intake of vitamin E, which is an antioxidant in almonds and other nuts, peanuts, avocados and plant-based oils. An inadequate intake of magnesium is one possible cause of chronic inflammation, according to the Linus Pauling Institute Micronutrient Information Center. Almonds provide 78 mg of magnesium per ounce, or 20 percent of the daily value.
Cinnamon and honey mixed together are also promoted by Ayurvedic medicine and complementary medical practitioners. In a paste form or powdered, this mixture can be applied to the painful area and massaged into the skin. Mixing honey and cinnamon in a warm cup of water and drinking it on a regular basis has also shown to relieve arthritis symptoms. While none of these remedies has scientific evidence to prove they work, many arthritis patients have found success.
