This diet is for detoxification and weight loss. There are steps to go by and follow and in 14 days your body will be detoxified and definitely you’ll lose weight.

Lemon diet – Just follow these simple steps:

  • Day 1:

Juice from 1 lemon mixed with 1 cup of fresh water.

  • Day 2:

Juice from 2 lemons mixed with 2 cups of fresh water.

  • Day 3:

Juice from 3 lemons mixed with 3 cups of fresh water.

  • Day 4:

Juice from 4 lemons mixed with 4 cups of fresh water.

  • Day 5:

Juice from 5 lemons with 5 cups of fresh water.

  • Day 6:

Juice from 6 lemons mixed with 6 cups of fresh water.

  • Day 7:

Juice from 3 lemons mixed with 3 cups of fresh water

  • Day 8:

Juice from 6 lemons mixed with 6 cups of fresh water.

  • Day 9:

Juice from 5 lemons mixed with 5 cups of fresh water.

  • Day 10:

Juice from 4 lemons mixed with 4 cups of fresh water.

  • Day 11:

Juice from 3 lemons mixed with 3 cups of fresh water.

  • Day 12:

Juice from 1 lemons mixed with 2 cups of fresh water.

  • Day 13:

Juice from 1 lemon mixed with 1 cup of fresh water.

  • Day 14:

Juice from 3 lemons mixed with 10 cups of fresh water (add 1 tbsp. of honey and drink the mix during the day).

The drink should be consumed in one go, but if it is hard for you to drink all at once, drink as much as you can and leave the rest for later. Make sure to drink it one hour before meal at least.

Important Info: You can eat normally during this 14 days, and if you want better results you can be on some moderate diet (cutting sweets, junk and processed food and alcohol) or some other of your choosing (not too strict tho).

Note: Not recommended diet for those with gastrointestinal health issues. Stop with the diet if you feel any discomfort. After finishing make sure to take 3 months pause if you want to repeat the process.

    What do you do? What do you eat? Is this all you can have for two weeks? More details please!

      Of course not, you can’t live on lemon juice for 2 weeks, that is not healthy at all, you eat normally, and if you want better results you can be on some moderate diet of your choosing.

    I understand??? Is it suppose to be the juice from 1 lemon added to 1 cup of water? And the juice of 2 lemons added to 2 cups of water and so on? This is not very well written.

      Yes that is right, you squeeze juice from 1 lemon and mix it with 1 cup water, juice from 2 lemons with 2 cups of water and so on.

    If i dont like the taste, can i add a tsp of honey to it everyday or will that effect it?

      You can but it is not recommended, it is only a lemonade it is really refreshing especially now in summer. Try without honey and if you really can stand the taste, then add half tsp.
