The non-carbohydrate menu for a week is built on the principle of fractional nutrition (5-6 times a day). On the plate should be present about 300 grams of meat or fish, plus 150 g of allowed vegetables and greens. Citrus, a handful of cranberries or a couple of kernels of nuts – for dessert.

An important rule: during half an hour after a meal you can not drink, but during the day you should drink 1.5 liters of water – it is necessary! A carbohydrate diet often leads to constipation, so do not ignore foods containing vegetable fiber.

After a week of diet, you can move to a more gentle regime that meets the principles of healthy eating. You will be amazed at the results!
