Mix the horseradish and the ginger in a blender. Squeeze the juice out of lemons and add it into the blender. Mix for 2-3 minutes. Add 3 spoons of honey, and 2 tsp of cinnamon and mix again until you get the syrup. Store the syrup in a jar.

How to use it?

Take 1 tablespoon, 2 times a day before meals, or before cardio workouts. Consume it 3 weeks and then make a pause of several days.

Horseradish tea for weight loss

Ingredients (for 3 servings)

  • 10 g fresh horseradish
  • 5 g fresh ginger
  • 200 ml hot water
  • Use horseradish for weight loss and ginger to prepare this simple tea.
  • Put them in a tea sieve or in a cup
  •  Pour the boiling water over.
  • Allow it sit for at least 20-30 minutes.
  •  Drink it three times a day, heated to a temperature of about 40 degrees Celsius.
