    Uhm i don’t know if this is just me being slow, but how much water should i put it in? And is it to be consumed as a kind of tea, og is it only the “Boiled ingrediens”?

      No this is not a replacement for dinner, although try to have a light dinner like salads, fish or small portion of lean meat.
