Avocado – containing vitamins and fatty acids that replenish the skin. Vitamin A, especially helps in restoring skin, keeping it soft as silk. Crush the fruit, apply it on the skin and leave for 5-10 minutes. Use the treatment on a daily basis.

Water – drinking water can help if you have severely dry skin. However, this method should not be substituted for the application of a good moisturizer.
