Only Two Ingredients: Recipe For Blood Purification of Fat

Blood Purification

Unhealthy lifestyle, poor diet and lack of physical activity increases the level of fats in the blood, which gradually leads to problems with blood vessels resulting in deterioration of health.

If you have a problem with fats you can prepare easy and simple remedy that will help you cleanse the blood and improve your overall condition. Dry figs and apple cider vinegar are the only two ingredients necessary for the preparation of this remedy.

Preparation:

You should make it at night and consume it in the morning. Take 3 dry figs and poke each with a toothpick to make small holes in it. Then dip them in a glass container in which you have previously put 2 dl apple vinegar. If you put them in vinegar at 8 pm, you will need to eat them the next morning at 8 am.

Do not throw the remaining vinegar, use it the next night as well. The amount of 2 dl can be used for 7 days. On the eighth day take new 2 deciliters  of apple cider vinegar and repeat the procedure one more week.

The benefit will be greater if you eat as healthy as possible and increase your physical activity.

Figs benefits:

It is recommended for people who suffer from iron deficiency (anemia) to add figs to their diet, as figs are good source of iron.

Figs are recommended for people who suffer from digestive problems, as they improve the digestive system, and used as a natural laxative due to their high fiber content.

Figs are used to get rid of toxins, and are considered as one of the foods with the most alkaline pH, and therefore they balance the acidic conditions resulting from consuming a diet rich in meat and processed foods.

Figs, especially dry figs, are rich in calcium which is one of the most important components in strengthening bones and reduce the risk of osteoporosis.
