How to Use Apple Cider Vinegar for Yeast Infection

Yeast infection or candidiasis is a frequent problem, especially for people living in hot and humid conditions.   • Mix one cup of distilled water and 3 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
  • Wash your vagina with this mixture
