  1. Baking soda and water

This mixture is particularly good for cleansing the skin, removing dead skin tissue and keeps your skin safe at the same time. For this purpose, make mixture of sodium bicarbonate and warm water, creating a paste.

Wash your face with warm water and then apply the paste on the face using circular motions. Shortly after, rinse your face with warm water and dry thoroughly.

You can also mix baking soda with ground oats. Combine equal parts of water, baking soda and ground oats and apply with circular motions on the face. This mixture is ideal to exfoliate and eliminate dark circles. Avoid eye contact when treatments are used.

  1. Baking soda and lemon

This remedy serves as a disinfectant, removes age spots and evens the complexion of the skin. Combine 2 tablespoons of baking soda and 2 tablespoons granulated sugar in a cup. Add ΒΌ cup lemon juice. Mix well and after washing your face, apply on wet skin minimally. Leave on for 10 minutes and wash with warm water afterwards.

Coconut oil can do wonders for your skin, give it moisture and necessary hydration. It is good for the prevention of inflammation as well. Combine equal amounts of sodium bicarbonate and coconut oil. If your skin is sensitive, increase the amount of coconut oil. Apply the formed paste directly on the skin. Hold for a few minutes and then rinse with warm water.
